Katerina Mascha

Katerina Mascha is a graduate of the Psychology Department of the University of Crete, while she continued her postgraduate studies in England, where she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Development Disorders and her Doctoral Thesis in Development Psychology.

She started working clinically with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in England 19 years ago and continues until now in her private office, where she offers intervention for children and families with a variety of disorders and difficulties. Her clinical research interest, however, has always been focused on Autism Spectrum Disorders.

In addition to her clinical work, she has worked as a Lecturer in the Psychology Department of the University of Crete for 10 years, teaching subjects about Development Psychology and Development Disorders. She has a number of announcements in conferences and meetings and is also developing writing work.

Since January 2017, she has been a member of the Child and Adolescent’s Center as the Scientific Director of the Specialized Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Center for people with Autism Spectrum Disorders “Helianthos”, located in Athens.
